Physical fitness has always been an important part of my life. I fell in love with Pilates at my first Pilates session in 2004. It increased my strength and flexibility while making my muscles lengthened and toned. I am so lucky to be doing something I love and truly believe in. I hope and aim to make every Pilates session a safe, fun and challenging experience.
I was classically certified with Carrie Pages at In Balance Pilates in 2007 and am currently training with Classical Pilates Education. You can never know enough about Pilates; there is always more to learn!!
